Amazing. Far more spacious than it appears from the outside. Full kitchen with large fridge. Table can double for food prep. Two bedrooms (one would be an office). Two bathrooms. If I ever downsize, I WANT THIS HOUSE

Like it - not sure the dirty cabinet look in the kitchen would fly in real life and not necessary a fan of the windowed wardrobe - doubt it would EVER look that neat. Keep up the good work.

I like the house very much, only the 2 windows behind the TV have to go to create more shelves for more storage space, and the master bathroom has to have a bathtub with shower function ❤

For the bedrooms take out the closets put an actual closet room. The little laundry space take out the sink put a table if it’s possible where you can fold clothes. The back porch where the fireplace and couch area I would enclose that turn it into an office room.

I’m 4’10. Take out the sink. Washer and dryer side by side . Fold clothes on top of the dryer

I would have to make the kitchen a bit smaller if I were going to use this exact footprint. This would be because I would make the entire pantry/laundry space one room with room for a side by side washer dryer to be backed up to the outside wall. By taking a foot of space from the kitchen/dining room they would fit. I don't think I would miss that foot. If you did this you would be able to have an "L" shaped kitchen. Access the laundry from the hall by the back door. But for me, there just isn't enough storage space in this house. I do like the look of it though.

Although I might rearrange the kitchen/dining area for better cooking efficiency, the plan covers almost all the basics. It's a simple shape and should be economical to construct. It might even be built as a modular and transported to the site in two sections.
