I have me X-Box on Break Reminder for every 2 hours. But that might feel to often for you. So you doing this professional I'd recommend taking a 20 min break every 4 hours. You'll be surprised how much better you'll feel. Anyways didn't mean come here and lecture you on your health I've just seen too many UA-camrs Wear themselves out without proper rest.
