Dear Airies ✨
Do you remember the what’s in my backpack video I did in my senior year of Highschool back in 2019? If yes I hope you enjoy watching a newer version / an updated video of what I bring to university as an English literature and language student 🥰 I’m currently in my semester break so my folder and binders are emptier than usual but I take everything shown in this video to uni and my bag is always the heaviest one out of my friend group 😅 I always feels like a turtle when I carry my backpack but it’s just soooo much more practical to use a backpack for uni as it fits my entire life, or 6 bottles of water, each 1,5 Liters 🙌🏻, so I leave it up to your imagination how sturdy this bag is ✨ (the only sad part is that the edges on the lining are loosening ,,)

Find a sewing supply store for a fray stop liquid to use on your backpack, or you can get a ribbon or more fabric, fold in half longways covering the frayed edge and sew into place.

In America we have “Fray Check” Liquid Seam Sealant. Not sure if you have it in Germany but it’s basically fabric glue and should help with your backpack

Sorry if it's late but I'm pretty sure u could just take a lit candle and "burn" the frays. Don't keep the candle directly on the fray but a few centimetres away from it

As the threads are of nylon, simply burn the loose ends, and it's done.

i just use a lighter to melt the loose thread together backpacks are usually a plastic material

If sewing isn't an option I would try fabric glue! Or maybe a combination of glueing some fabric on and sew additionally. There might also exist patches to iron on! Hopefully you can repair it😊
