Carburetor rebuild time. Once they dry out with bad gas, they don't come back. The good news is that the 429 is one of the cheapest ways to get to 400hp there is. 9:1 compression, a little head work and a cam with good exhaust will do it.

You need to get it up on a lift, the underside of that thing will be a mess. Looks like the whole suspension is shot.
