I was born there and I can't say I particularly cared for it. There simply isn't that much to do. I wish they at least had public buses and not just Ethra.

No! It’s getting packed now. Knoxville isn’t any better.
Avalon is the rich place. All the houses are right on top of each other. Idk how anyone could live in a place that has no yards. You are literally right beside your neighbors. You can’t have bonfires, can’t work on cars outside, can’t do anything like that.
Was up there last month and under the bridge was 100s if not 1000s of homeless. Yall might be use to this but it’s the 1st I’ve seen this in my life. It was like something from a horror movie it was crazy.
We don’t have any crime here for the most part and let’s keep it that way. No entertainment at all other then Walmart or Knoxville which Knoxville really doesn’t have much.
I’m 10 min from farrigut but don’t go that often. I’m a hermit

Hey thanks for the input! I'm curious where you found the large homeless population? Was that at the homeless shelter in Knoxville? I would be very surprised if you found that in Lenoir City.

To be fair, it's not that great a city. I mean, it's okay if you're elderly and retired but if you're young and get bored easily, it's definitely not the town for you.
