9:14pm - If you are a fan of BBQ on TV then you are probably doing a lot of watching on Food Network this summer! My first guest tonight is hosting the popular BBQ USA (click.icptrack.com/icp/relay....) TV show that travels the country to showcase different BBQ competitions and the teams that compete in them. Cleveland's very own Michael Symon (click.icptrack.com/icp/relay....) stops by to talk about the show, how it all came together and what we can expect for the rest of the season. We will also talk a little bit about what he thinks the positives and negatives are about the current competition seen and we might talk a little Cleveland business as well.
9:35pm - After Michael, I will be joined by the person whom many consider to be the best competition BBQ'er of all time (The GOAT), Darren Warth from Smokey D's BBQ (click.icptrack.com/icp/relay....) . Earlier this year, Darren, along with 3 others, were voted into the 2023 BBQ HAll of Fame class. We will talk to Darren about making it in this time around, if he even cares about it, what his competition schedule looks like for the balance of 2023 and we will also talk about his new Podcast that is about 15 or so episodes old.
