Frank, I finally got information regarding this. Insurance companies were too busy to answer or return my calls. I’ve plugged in an address in the middle of the forest on Numaga Pass, in Lakeview, and they can ensure it, including fire, however, there is a note for underwriters to check about possible necessary earthquake coverage. Yeah, perhaps so. Surprisingly the home you’re referring to just sold for 1.4m. I’m surprised as well. I just really like the exclusiveness, quietude, and natural feel of Lakeview. Timberline is nice too. Some other hidden gems in Carson as well.

$1.5M for a 1972 slumpstone house in Carson seems beyond ridiculous. You could live in the Tahoe Basin for that!
