- This is from a stream where I built a breeding farm on the new Sakurajima Island in Palworld. This is only the first part; I broke it into smaller sections. There will be a tour video once it's completed.

I literally just did my breeding base in the same spot Thursday; had the day off work. I went with 4 breeding pens and a ranch instead of 5 pens as its much easier to split stacks of Cake into even stacks; I ran 3 pens for a long time and it always drove me crazy. otherwise it was almost the same layout save I put wells on both nodes, and had a viewing cage on site for buying my cake ingredients. I haven't gotten around to decorating it yet, but your process has given me a handful of ideas.

@@AzaleahGames I ended up putting my pal box a bit north of the oil well so I could catch the edge of the mushrooms. It made placing the farms a little more tricky, but let me wirelessly craft all the way up the wall. I've found that the breeding pens have a way larger footprint than they show so that's probably why the nubs weren't building that one. you may have to move it in a bit to not have breeding there be buggy as well.
Serenity is probably the top DPS passive now. I'm working on Legend, Musclehead, Serenity and Impatient for any breedable fighters; the CDR is a big boost for the new skills as they are all long CT. for the self-breed pals (Bella and the space pals mostly) you can swap out Ferocious for Legend.
Also if you haven't experimented with pillars yet they are amazing. they work like a foundation but can be built vertically, up and down, from any corner or anywhere on the ground. basically it allows a lot of old tricky overhangs to become proper decks as opposed to solid blocks. I've taken to building a "Landing Platform" out of glass about 10 pillars high so I can quickly get LOS of each of my bases while flying around the island.

I had my palbox back so that it wasn't in the mushrooms because I put an entire decorative village behind on the shrooms. And it is adorable.
Tomorrow will be the start of that, still broken into pieces because it was a really long stream. As soon as I'm done decorating, I'll do a tour video.
We're very excited by the new serenity passive, as we've been breeding and looking at the skills we realized how important that is.
We've had no problem using the breeding pens where they are, thankfully.
