Great job! I had a 1985 110 back in the day and would love to get another one. I think the 1984 and 1985 models look the best. All this one needs now is a trunk lid.

Very hard to find... and if you do find one, they are well over $200.

@@Yo-Ken Yikes! Maybe he can get one from a parts bike. Stepdad just bought two non-running 1984 TRX200 that he is restoring. He got one for $250 and the other for $150. That is for the entire machines. They both still have lids, but would not fit the 110. Again, excellent work.

I love doing these projects... that same friend has a 1979 honda 750f... I can't wait to get my hands on it and bring it back to life.

Local auto paint supplier. We just brought a piece the body work and they matched it.

Great job restoring not only the machine but your buddy's memories with it. Love this!!!
Gosh we used to have so much fun on our Honda ATCs! Its was a real shame when new models were taken away from us. Just like any vehicle (horses definitely included!), there is a certain amount of responsibility toward learning HOW TO OPERATE it! I see that Ryan FNine did his own hilarious video on the downfall of these machines: ua-cam.com/video/a_C8z0rFnjk/v-deo.html

Thanks... they were a lot of fun, I never really had an issue with the 3 wheeler. As soon as you start riding it, you know its not the most stable. I enjoying doing projects like that. The family also has a 79 Honda 750, looking forward to that resto also. I hope you are healing well.

@@Yo-Ken I learned counterbalancing by necessity on my very first outing on one of these (Honda Big Red). It was weird to unlearn that when I took up street motorcycling a few years ago! Lol! Thanks for the encouragement, healing is going fabulously! Parts are ordered and I am DYING to get back on a bike! Merry Christmas!
