We've been to this beach at least a dozen times, and EVERY time, we see tons of beautiful sea turtles just steps from the sand! What a truly magical place!

We have visited this beach at least 10 times all at different times of the year - the turtles are always there. We have always seen multiple turtles swimming in the shallow water and eating the sea grass at the bottom of Akumal Bay.
