I love how since the batman animated series we are introduced to Nora as that angelical figure without any fault at all and that has been mostly the only Nora we got untill they turned her into a drunken grieving bulldozer of a woman
There have been a few comics with her becoming a supervillain. one had her become mrs freeze and work alongside her husband. another had Mr freeze try to save her with a Lazarus pit only for her frozen body to absorb it giving her insanity and fire powers.

If the injustice League is using characters like Snowflame, whose powers stem from cocaine, I think it's a sign the producers have killed off too many of the old villains. Got to give them props for having widows benefits though, that must be a huge expenditure (unless they also target the widows afterwards).

I *ABSOLUTELY* *LOVE* what they did with Nora Fries They took a character who was just a (barely) living McGuffin and turned her into one of the most interesting and funny women in comics. If you told me three years ago that Nora Fries would go on to become one of my favorite characters in comics I would have laughed in your face and told you it was impossible to make someone that boring and dead interesting, but I am glad that Harley Quinn proved me wrong. She really came into her own this season especially.

And yeah there's dicks that disrespect Ivy here that are supposed to be stupid ass holes but that isn't even supposed to be all the Legion of Doom. The whole point of the Legion having a ruler is someone who commands strength and power to showcase their might which Ivy wasn't really doing but when she did that they saw her value thus more followed her but it wasn't painting them all as frreaking jackasses. Like the whole joke in this series is EVERYONE disrespects Bane despite him being a generally nice guy when not being f'ed with, and honestly most of the people starting shit it makes sense they would do. I mean Snowflame is a freaking one shot character from a very forgotten Z tier 90's DC comic only remembered cause his power is he gets super strong ingesting cocaine so him being this dick isn't really a stretch cause there wasn't much to go on with the character anyway. Not to mention not every woman in this series is a "girl boss". Harley very much isn't now playing in training on the Bat Family and Nora having a speech doesn't make her a girl boss. Really feels like you're ticked off that this show makes these jokes at all and them overstate them like it's the only ones they make which is just sad and pathetic man.
@@nbewarwe Even if the writers are on strike (hard to say as a lot of animated shows/kids shows may not be on strike as those writers don't make as much as the drama/"higher prestiege" TV writers that would require them to be on strike) these episodes have been made BEFORE this current strike has taken place. Also if you're talking about the writers of previous seasons just not working on this show anymore, technically the original show runners for Harley Quinn aren't but they aren't going on strike nor is there any bad blood between them and the current writing staff who they promoted and felt fully comfortable leaving the show to them. But those guys left Harley Quinn to work on the Kite Man spinoff that's still supposed to be coming probably next year.
