    I like the fringed quill. I was looking for a way to make a paper rosemary sprig for my lapel for Anzac day last year. Could've used this.

    Not to sound ignorant but what is the purpose of this spill ? also why is it called a spilled looks like cup of sticks to me

      Spilled coils are used for structural elements like flower stems, lamp posts, birthday candles, etc. I never knew they were called "spilled coils," so this has been an education for me.
