  • Here’s a great exercise in developing racket control and practicing your defence. You will need a shuttle feeder for this exercise. Maintain one grip throughout the exercise. I have used backhand or thumb grip but you could choose bevel grip if you prefer. Better still, try them both!

    Thanks for your video. Hitting sound of the racket is awesome. Can you tell me which raket is that? Which string and what tension you are using? Shuttle cock also.

      bhaskar rama krishna I am using Yonex Astrox 100 ZZ. The string is Yonex BG80. Tension is mains 27lbs and crosses 29lbs
