there is a programme that has loads of security cameras! i remember finding it on my amazon prime stick, it was an application that was some sort of pirate-y name / logo and it had loads of different cameras on there. Some of them were skylines of cities like Moscow, others were inside animal enclosures and i remember one being strapped to the back of a shark 24/7. if someone finds it let me know but there was some weeiiiird shit on there

I feel like I’m watching this live for no reason
When Noel mentioned the concept of a hub for feeds of public (and otherwise) cameras that are tapped into and presented for viewers, he's actually describing something that already exists. There are websites that have channels for random cameras from around the world (security cams, public cctv, traffic cams, etc.) that you can watch. I don't know how legal these services are, but I'm fairly certain there are examples on the clear web as well as the deep web. I wouldn't provide them even if I could, but I don't know any of these kind of domains off-hand.
