The rims at our public park don’t have these standard hooks like almost every other basketball court in the world has. Instead... it’s got a double rim where the rim on the bottom just dips down every 10 inches or so leaving a gap. How would you attach a net to that? Haven’t seen these type of rims anywhere else.
