I'm in exactly the same boat, just about keeping a roof over my head & managing to pay the bills with no support from anywhere, family or friends..... But I'm still trying my best.

Loved Anne's recovery story. There is so much truth in all of her explanations of the challenges she faced and how your program helped her to get to enjoy life to the fullest."Consistency over Intensity". Thank you, Anne and Toby.

I've been saying the same as Anne,, on the outside i look younger for my age, yet on the inside, I feel 86!

Wow, she's so bubbly and inspiring! I hope I can get to do the vacuuming again one day too! And many more things. I feel like stress and anxiety is holding me back though.

What a lovely lady. Anne you are a joy to spend time with. I particularly liked your phrase 'let my body control my thinking'; that's a great way of describing the idea of listening to ones body. Toby, as always, thank you for being who you are. ❤

A Little plus a little equals a lot. Like the tortoise and hare story😊 Thinking about how much you can do rather than looking back and focusing on what you can't do. Look forward to creating a new life and being a new you. This resonates with how I feel. I look back at what I couldn't do a year ago and feel grateful for what I CAN do now. I'm winning. 😂❤

She looks more like 45. I have CFS, as well as fibromalgia(spelling wrong). But I also had botched hernia surgery. Six surgeries later and them almost killing me, I just feel like crap. Also infection after infection in my scar area which keeps opening up. No wonder I feel as I do, as our Health System is crap.

I have dealt with Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS)30 years as well as ME/CFS,Fibro, and many other issues. My husband and I got long COVID in 2020. I recognized his symptoms from my own experience. The cognitive issues are hard because others don’t recognize our issues. Last month my husband collapsed and was transported to the hospital. He has already dealt with a widow maker heart attack and a pulmonary embolism. In the last month he has really gone downhill. I think it’s an exacerbation of long Covid. Do you think we can get better ?
