Some notes about the GCPD Elite Rifle series
•Designed from the ground up to work as a combined system -
NO SHORTCUTS
•While it is designed around the PRS/LR target market, with its adaptability/modularity and offering of things like carbon wrapped barrel options, it is a versatile system which can be used for other applications
•High tech design, materials and coating. Nitrided barreled action (inside and out) for protection from the elements, superior to coatings like Cerakote, better service life, chassis hard anodised to Mil standards, guild pins and lead screws TiALN PVD coating for corrosion protection and less wear - NO COMPROMISE
•Ergonomics transferred from our top tier Police sniper rifle (CWS) - Chassis and controls (magazine release, safety) including thumb shelf and cheek piece ambidextrous.
•Magazine well relieved on left hand side to allow the roll in of the magazine to eliminate tipping up of the rifle when prone during magazine change.
•Accessories such as ACRA rail (3x types of rails) and picatinny rails available for the proprietary accessory rail which is far more rigid than M-Lok also bag rider - Barrel channel weights, thermal sight mounts and other accessories are also being developed
•Barnard action same as used in CWS - 60 degree bolt throw - fluted bolt - extra long barrel tenon engagement than M700 for greater rigidity.

Those look sensational? Are the chassis made inhouse there? Do you know if they use Hardy barrels?
They use a few different barrel suppliers, but all machining and manfacturing by GCPD ARMS and all questions for them, they have contact details on the website, Cheers
@@markandsamafterwork cheers i could not find anything about what barrels they use on the website :-/ so i figured id try you :-) by the way big fan of your material you have changed my way of shooting so cheers mate :-)
Cheers
Have you guys ever modified a chassis that wasn’t specifically designed for the action you were using?
No, as supplied, designed to suit us, but all able to be order from GCPD, Cheers
Awesome rifle. I have a 300rum that i shoot out to mile. Do you have a video on your 300 rum. I'd love to see with combination powder and bullet you're shooting out to 2,700 yards.
Hi Ramsay, yes we have a few, use the search feature in our channel page to find them, I have only used the 250grn Hornady A-tip 250 so far and using AR2225 powder, Cheers
@@markandsamafterwork 1 more question Mark. What twist are you running in it? I'm is 1-10
