The drive belt is the air pump belt.

Thanks for the Share, Just had the same issue, On my 1981 Mercedes 240D had me stranded. Now I have the alternator belt, 2 of them actually as auto zone had a 39.5 i belive and a 41" and i cant for the life of me figure WHAT TO LOOSEN to get this alternator belt pass the first 2 belts. Can you help, I have pictures.,, Thanks
