I really love how in this and the Angel spotlight you discuss the hero cards in detail before going straight into aspect ranking. I think it's a fantastic change to the Hero Spotlight series
Honed Technique with the red Psionic events is a lot of fun. It’s nice that the community sees that in this early poll. What makes an S-Tier Hero? If it’s just having an S-TIer deck, she qualifies. To me her best deck is Leadership in multi-hero games. Build her just like you would build Phoenix, then have a teammate drop Honorary X-men on you. Playing Professor X at will and abusing the reshuffle on Psychic Kicker creates a huge wall of allies no villain can imagine climbing.

This is mirrored across the B-tier to have an even distribution across all tiers to try and get a good comparison to other heroes, To qualify I consider every aspect against all Expert matchups! I'm loving these spotlight videos. They give me some new ideas sometimes I never thought about, like how you mentioned that Repurpose is actually a skill. I pretty much agree with everything you said and aggression is also my favorite. On the side note, I've said this when you posted your updated tier list, but Miles isn't S tier anymore in my opinion, back then you said that there aren't enough steady/stalwart enemies yet. Miles doesn't rely as much on confusing, heck, he's mostly fine with just steady, but it still hurts him enough. Now you changed your mind about that it seems about the increasing presence of steady/stalwart villains. Not to reproach or anything like that, on the contrary, just something I noticed. I change my mind about things all the time too. Keep up the good work!
Haha I think Miles still deserves the S tier because even against those villains his cost curve (bottom 10 of cost curve) and card efficiency (Probably second best to strange?) is so bonkers good that it doesn't even matter lol I wanted to talk about the steady and stalwart villains just because it is a change of playstyle for her and I think it is interesting to talk about. She still ranked really high (top 15) and the fact that she is worse against those didnt really effect the ranking too too much. Sorry if that was confusing!

Confuse is very powerful in solo because a villain scheming is a large % of the main scheme total. But assuming you are flipping every turn, you can only take advantage of confuse every other turn (barring advance). In MP, you can confuse every turn and it gets used. I think stun is less effective at higher counts but confuse I think is strong regardless of count.
With amount of responses i would say you must lean into it a little bit. For example play "psionic redirect" with "toe to toe". This will also enable you to switch to alter ego because you have confused villain. Another example IPAC. Its cheap card which gives you 2 cards. Yes it gives you encounter but you can counter it with "telephatic suggestion". Basically instead of waiting for right time just trigger it yourself
Instead of Honed Technique, I like to use her Katanas to pay for Drop Kicks, so that I have access to both stun and confuse. Of course that then you cry if you are playing against a stawart villain 😅
Great video as always! Excited to try Psylocke in Aggression. Question on Float Like a Butterfly… Flurry of Blades is only one attack, wouldn’t it only be increased by one total and not each instance of damage increased by one?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think Power of the Mind pays 2 resources to initiate Telepathy's or Telekinesis' ability, as they are already played.
Just saw the edit about her Action not being able to search for Cerebro, and I thought "maybe you should do the edits with Deadpool style, as if 4th wall breaking moments like in the cards."

The part with knife/katana is in the thwart part, but there is a dot between the sentences. On the other hand, if it would not be part of the thwarting it would be seperate on top before the thwart effect. 🤔

And yep one of the things I talk about on that video is that low tier heroes are not “bad” the list is supposed to be a comparison across the heroes so when looking at the low tier heroes they just don’t perform as well as some of the others! They are still super viable!
