all these advise from these guys are terribly wrong and in my view encourage cutting corners and bad business practises. i think the guy wanted it to be a funny piece but it hasnt landed. if you want your business to thrive, have customers returning with more of their friends be legit. like that story of mixing sugarcane juice with water, once i buy from you and feel its diluted i will go and never come back and if i pass by with a friend i will tell them you are fake...... instead be diligent give people quality over quantity. do your math correctly and charge correctly so that you get enough for you and the customer feels the quality. this story of diluting to get more is what destroys most kenyan businesses
I agree,but by the time you cover the 5M Nairobians plus the transit customer s, you will be ok,not to mention changing locations.Yhey don't have a long term strategy
