So happy to see you reviewing this wax! I've been waiting for this!!! I absolutely love this wax. I found it the easiest to use and the CT & HT are amazing paired with the crackling wicks.
When I pour fragrance like this I put a folded up paper towel just below the rim of the bottle to catch any run down. Sometimes I use pipettes if I'm trying to be more precise (which is rare.) Some of those fragrance oils can play havoc on the plastic body of some measuring scales is you spill it. I note you have a glass top.
Try using a tooth pick when pouring out your FO. I'm usually pouring out smaller amounts because I do bath and body and the amount is usually around 5% and using a tooth pick braced on the lip helps direct the liquid, especially for smaller amounts💁♀️. Congratulations on everything by the way, including the new studio, it's looking awesome!
Omg I love this video! And been wanting to try this wax so bad. Love this channel. I'm so shocked you just sliding the wick in there though! That looked so easy....I assume you can't do that with all waxes? Would that be fine to do with all your candles or no? And also can you do a whisper wick and the tube. I want to try those. I really want to hear how the crackling sounds to. Thank you so much! Love your channel
Bernard Aguiar In the right area for sure. You would have to make sure you’re selling and marketing to a higher end market and demographic. If you have the area to sell in, being able to choose unique vessels and unique waxes can make you stand out a bit above the basic soy and paraffin that is everywhere.
do you always do your wicks like that? no stickers or placing it before pouring? does it seem to work fine? also do u recomend letting it cure for 2 weeks before testing?
Honest opinion you prefer this wax or the coconut soy? Which one do you think had a better ct and ht along with adhesive to jar. Then I would ask if you had to list your top three waxes what would they be top as favorite down.
Whenever I use that small plastic cup with fragrance oils, mine turns a different color. I feel like I ruined it. I switched to glass just to ease my mind.
Hi Stanley can you try this wax with a wick that isn’t wood?? If so which would you recommend using please i am working with 30cl vessels and wanting to try this wax ?
Hey 👋🏼. I’m new to candle making and I was just wondering with all wooden wicks do you add the wicks last or was this just for a test burn ? By the way I absolutely love you channel . Thank you for all of the helpful information.
Mattice Wells Thank you for letting me know . I’m still trying to learn the best ways for candle making and was a little confused when I saw that . I thought to myself have I been trying this the wrong way this whole time 😆?!?
@@eagle4life69 thank you. I used the 464 and I got no HT at all with that. The 6006 I let cure fir 24 hrs and the the was great. Now I let them sit a min of 3 days and it was really strong. Think I’ll try this. Thanks again for responding I appreciate it
Lisa Hayes Hello it’s actually 8% with the 16 oz of wax Standley used. He said he think 10% is a bit of an over kill, so by using this wax, you can do 9 or 10% according to the wax instructions.
I just purchased this wax along with the crackling wicks (I think they’re the .625 size). I plan on using 8 oz jars with a 2.5 inch diameter but I’m not sure if the wicks will be ok with that size? I kinda went off of the wooden wick co’s measurements on their site but I just wanted to know if there’s a better way to tell which wooden wick sizes will work with 8 oz glasses or even a 10 oz glass
Ok Stndley you given serious beats on the intro music...dancing at my desk
Me too!
😂
Right!
So true

Call me weird but I love the sound of you opening the package. Beautiful color wax*

Can you do a review on the test results, please and thank you.
What wood wick size did you use again? .02/.625 boosted?
Thank-You Jeff for another great video
Cant wait to watch .
Jeff, I really like Wooden Wick products. That said... is it possible to use WW wax, oils, vessels, wicks, etc. and still be able to make a profit?

Thank you waited for this one 💖💖
Hi so how was the HT a after all? Did u let it sure for how long??
How long did you cure the candle?
Please do a follow up to C-6 Coco/Soy wax! 😊
Rachael Kingery I’ll do another video with full review
Standley Handcrafted awesome can’t wait!
do you always do your wicks like that? no stickers or placing it before pouring? does it seem to work fine? also do u recomend letting it cure for 2 weeks before testing?
I'm so curious where you got that scooper from, so convenient to cut smaller chunks out of the wax.
He said he got it off of Amazon on prior videos. It’s a metal ice cream scoop. Hope that helps.

Do you market in other countries like Norway ??? Or Sweden ???
Where is your scooper from?
Please show us the results of everything you talked about in this video :)
So this is good for wax melts too? What abut for molds? Thanks for ur reply
What is the cure time on this wax
Whenever I use that small plastic cup with fragrance oils, mine turns a different color. I feel like I ruined it. I switched to glass just to ease my mind.
Do you add any vybar to your candles, especially coconut Soy or coconut apricot?
Nothing but the wax. I need to get some for testing though
Can you add another wax to make it a little harder ? If yes which one you recommend
Would you recommend this wax for a beginner who wants to start with this wax?
What is the tool you used to clip the wooden wick info is appreciated
Does this wax require curing? If so how long is recommended?
Where can I get that ice cream scoop?
Could I mix beeswax with this? Thanks
Hi Stanley can you try this wax with a wick that isn’t wood?? If so which would you recommend using please i am working with 30cl vessels and wanting to try this wax ?
Hi! Can you let me know which crackling booster wick you used? I got the .625" but is it .02? .03? And is that the Aura vessel from WW? Thanks much!
Online it says to use the .02 .625 wick
Hi how do you calculate the small fragrance oil from the fragrance kit 10ml
Hi ....can I use the wooden wick co crackling booster wick .04 (.625) or an eco soy cotton wick?
Waiting for the melt results. Their FO are crazy expensive
👀
I saw that, lovely combinations of fragrance but man, i could seriously hurt my account!! lol
Test burn results?
Hey 👋🏼. I’m new to candle making and I was just wondering with all wooden wicks do you add the wicks last or was this just for a test burn ? By the way I absolutely love you channel . Thank you for all of the helpful information.
Ashley Johnsen I'm pretty sure this is just for a test burn to see which wooden wick would burn better
Mattice Wells Thank you for letting me know . I’m still trying to learn the best ways for candle making and was a little confused when I saw that . I thought to myself have I been trying this the wrong way this whole time 😆?!?
Hi, I was wondering what size cotton wick you would recommend for this wax and for this vessel size? Thanks!
Check out sixteen seventeen they use cdn wicks
Thank you so much so helpful 💗
Question: how long should it cure for best scent throw
Almost always it is 3 days to be safe
@@eagle4life69 thank you. I used the 464 and I got no HT at all with that. The 6006 I let cure fir 24 hrs and the the was great. Now I let them sit a min of 3 days and it was really strong. Think I’ll try this. Thanks again for responding I appreciate it
is it add at 175 or 70
What's t the cure time?
if your candle sweat, how can i fix it???
Thank you so much.
Cut back on fragrance oil 🙂
That wax works best after two weeks of curing
Sooooo... What were the results? Part 2 was based on totally new specs.
how many lbs did you get?
Is 1.3 oz considered 9% for all FO
Lisa Hayes Hello it’s actually 8% with the 16 oz of wax Standley used. He said he think 10% is a bit of an over kill, so by using this wax, you can do 9 or 10% according to the wax instructions.
Ive had real problems with hot throw with this wax about to give up - inconsistent - anyone have a suggestion?
6006 is the most consistent wax I’ve used so far.
did i miss the fragrance name???
The Book of Ms. Chambliss Maple Chai + Sweet Cream
I really hope I win the wooden wick contest btw lol! Fingers crossed
expliquen en espanol por favor, gracias

I would check the Wooden Wick website for proper size for the jar. I think the .625 might be too big.
Forbidden ice cream
oh never mind
This video took so long I almost gave up on you 😭
Tinesha Nicole I’ll make it up to you. 😁
