Great value from this episode especially for marketers looking to build better engagement and signals from customers that are more visible. Where does reputation, ratings, and support issues integrate into determining a network effect? I think actions are louder than words but words are important especially with recommendation engines.
Ok...gotta finish my commentary since I ripped them on part 1...This was still somewhat interesting, but I think that anyone studying network effects still needs to look at NFX and their nomenclature. Now, why do I have go to hunt down the blog posting mentioned? Seems like poor production on the directing and distribution is getting in the way of your message.
