  • Digitized short 8mm film of the aftermath of the storm of March 1962 in Ocean City, Maryland. The footage was taken by Alton Brittingham, Sr. of Salisbury, Maryland. The donation is made in memory of Mr. Brittingham's late grandson, Dean I. Langrall.

    Wow! We Love You DelMarVa! I saw 'PRE The Beatles Invasion..Rockville Pike was still two lanes through Gaithersburg..that in Omnipresence THIS Storm Did Hit! Love Will Never Do (Without You)! NO Oil Spills For Us! No Tidal Wave Sweeps!..but Is There Any Natural Wildlife Beachfront Left! Fox! Rock''s Czar! that footage of the Indian River Inlet bridge! and now with even a greater bridge there..Salisbury bypassed..wuz 4 or 5 years old!
