Port Charlotte 18, I just cracked my bottle and that thing seems extremely complex and enjoyable on the nose, but it drove me insane on the palate, I just could not figure it out. Will try with water next time. Thinking this thing will open up real nice
A buddy of mine once described a nose as “chaotic.” That seems to fit what you are describing. Whether it is chaotic evil or chaotic good, I have no idea. The new label Rare Breed is a bit subpar. I think it is just the barrels they are on right now. There were some LL/LB’s in my area that I bought up because they were as good as anything I’ve had recently, including the NCF Rare Breeds. Rare Breed is like a 50 year old male. It needs an annual check up.

Great review Cameron. Sip is crazy. Love the PG8 rye. Their carribean rum finish is good as well.
Thank you for letting us know about Sip Whiskey. I don’t know if anyone else has problems with Seelbach but they are “so” slow to deliver.
