We come across these kind of situations very commonly whenever we are working in any hospital setup, may it be Emergency, OPDs, wards or ICUs.

I am doing my acute care nurse practitioner program but it seems like I am loosing my battle
This compliancation came after ent surgeon performing INTRAORAL styloidtecomy my upper neck got tight fibrotic band in deep Neck space causing partial airway blockage spo2 95+ at rest with inhaler without 92-95 on activities less than 92 with severe breathlessness pulmonologists , dentist , gastroenterologist all saying upper partial airway blockage but ent says go to neuro department and Neuro department sents to ent just making the patient suffer later a omfs SURGEONs exams reads all the SYMTOMS i wrote and sees all infection tests negative and says this needs Surgical treatment if excercises also failed but ent surgeons not ready to reoperate because it's already messed in previous surgury done a year neuro muscular injurys and too much oral tissue coblated
