Not only to I believe that Trump is guilty of a crime, I also strongly disapprove of Mike Johnson and other members of Congress attending the trial. Will they come to the courthouse if I’m on trial? That’s the sham and if they were capable of shame, they should be ashamed of themselves!
Right? The trial is in a State not Federal Court. It's not their jurisdiction. As we the People know, Court is not their Branch of Government. They have zero control over any court. In fact, they are attempting to Obstruct Justice.
I'm surprised Johnson went with what he did, then again, it seems to be some lame game to them.
It is even more serious. This is the Legislative branch of government blatantly attacking the Judicial branch of government, which is supposed to be co-equal. Johnson obviously thinks it is not co-equal if he thinks he has the right to call it a sham, which means he is disrespecting the Constitution.
Instead, it is time for Johnson to shut his face and humbly acknowledge the authority of the District Court of Manhattan to Judge the actions of citizen (now Convict) D. Trump.
If the American jury system is completely broken 1) do they suggest we let everyone out of prison now awaiting a new system and 2) what changes do they propose to fix it?
Their proposal is "leave twunt alone" and nothing else.
