Hello. Thank you for sharing this video. It's a perfect home for a single person. Also I like the fact that it's a secure building. Is there a Church, medical & dental offices in the village?
Hi.
Yes, there is a catholic Church in the village. Also, there is a universal church 5 minutes far from the house.
In the village also there is a Health Center, one Private Hospital and clinic just 3 minutes away.
The village is rich in supermarkets. There, you can find Lidl, Auchan, Minipreço and InterMarché. Also, other little shops, pastries, restaurants, tool shops, schools, insurance departments, etc.

A house with no character that looks like an office or clinic, and right on a busy road. All concrete blocks, glass and steel. No garden space to grow vegetables or plant a tree, unless you remove cobblestones.
We're going to ask the owner to put a dirt truck on the terrace. 😀
I like it. Given the shape and size of the plot, I think the designers have done well.
