I had a veryyy similar experience at EDC orlando 21 where i panicked so hard my girlfriend had to take me to lay down on the turf to calm me down. Took about 20 minutes but she stayed there the whole time with me giving me comfort instead of dancing with her friends. Then all of a sudden she told me she loved me, i said i love u back and as soon as we kissed a ton of fireworks went off 🎆

This video makes me go back to my first festival on the beach with my first girlfriend. It was 2017, very sunny and during golden hour we were holding hands and going thru all the people closer to the stage while Dua Lipa was performing. It seems like a simple thing but knowing it was the two of us, together, thru so many people yet still looking at each other with so much passion, was everything!
After her performance it was already starting to get dark and we saw some fireworks at another stage. We ran on the open beach with fireworks in front of us and music everywhere♥

This track hit hard after Lolla 23, and hit even harder when in a bunch of people got stuck and dangerously compressed during Kendrick. A woman with her friend in front of me was having a medical emergency. A severe panic attack and was about to drop. I wanted out, and so did they. It took us some time to get out to a somewhat open area.
The woman was in bad shape with tears down her face and hyperventilating. I'm no medic, but I know panic attacks. With her friend, we talked her down. I used one of those foldout fans to give her some air. Used humor, fanned with one hand, and held her hand slowly pulsing a slower heart beat. This is what would have worked for me.
She was in a better place after about 5 minutes. They thanked me, but I should have been thanking them. Talking to people is a way I deal with my own anxiety.
I saw this video rendition AFTER being at Lolla, and I just cried my eyes out from so many emotions and memories.
