Thank you everybody for your very positive comments. As I answered to one of the comments, I'm very keen at holding breadth in this kind of music, but I recognise this is to the cost of too much tension and precipitation (due to my lack of mastery...), and now I would try to impose myself more breaths, especially between different episodes. I still think these symphonic pieces (like the Widor or the Gigout Toccata...) are like trains (not sewing machines !) in which listeners are invited to appreciate the musical landscapes that pass by, which should not ever be corrupted by any rubato ... but without producing any inappropriate feeling of hastiness. Easy to say, more difficult to do....
I am an aorgan player on a nice instrument in a big church of my city but I wished I could play like this : I cannot but I can listen to it on my pc. Bravo for the performer and thanks to modern technology that I can listen to it asgood as I was present in the cathedral. Marc D'Hoore.
Amazing! Your hands are so relaxed!
VERY MARVELOUS PERFORMANCE !! THANK YOU.
Jeu clair, élégant, tempo comme je l'aime, harmonisation sublime, bravo
