Unfortunately the game have a maximum damage inflict to rally = if your city 2b power or 400 million power .. will deal same damage from normal/counter attack and skill .. thats stupid from the devs of the game ..
If you have 190 mill T5 troops in city or 40 mill T5 .. big difference in troops amount but same damage .. how ?? Idk 🤷🏻‍♂️
