3/4 of my troops are cavs, therefore cav commanders have higher impact even on non-garrison skill tree

That is the problem with a cavs focused player. Infantry got tons of garrison starting with Martel, etc.... Archers now got Artemesia as a solid primary archer garrison. Who cavs got? FUCKING PELAGIUS!!!!! Lilith is so stubborn on releasing a legend cavs garrison. If you're a cavs focused and you dont have a Leadership/Garrison (Theo/Yss/Wu.....etc), you're definitely gonna be fucked up.
