With the stripes around the collar, You could have sewn the shoulder seam first before applying them. That way you wouldn't have to worry about them not lining up. Other than that, this turned out great, and I think I'll use this for when I make mine.
me: i have literally no idea whats happening ive sewed three things in my life and im gonna make this before my next con! also me: wait i have to PAY for the pattern? i quit. (jk jk)
Honestly, unless you can find the materials on sale, probably not. I make my costumes because I enjoy the process, but these specific uniforms are mass produced and are often sold very cheaply.
God bless you for making this
Thank you!
I’m planning on making this outfit instead on kaminaris hero outfit cause making it has been trouble and it looked bad so I’ll be using this tutorial
Good luck with your Kaminari cosplay!
This tutorial was easy to follow and clear to understand!! I'm going tu use this for my cosplay
Thank you! I'm happy to hear that!
Nice video! I think I would have used ponte Roma knit because it's a heavier, more stable knit
Thank you! Yes, if I remake this I will definitely go for a different fabric.
It was so hard to sew the white parts on @.@ nice Video btw
Thank you!

If you can't get the materials, can you use like a blue plain shirt and sweatpants and sew on the stripes or use fabric paint?
You could!
@@KoumoriNoHimeCosplay thank you so much❤️
I can always just get a blue sweater or shirt and paint it💁
You could!
Where did you get the fabric from because I can't find plain navy fabric anywhere. (Probably I'm just bad at looking for things)
I got my fabric from JoAnn's, though it was a bit thin for my liking.
Um... when do you think you could finish Kingdom Hearts 3 Kairi?
YAAAAY
Is this cheaper than buying the cosplay?
Honestly, unless you can find the materials on sale, probably not. I make my costumes because I enjoy the process, but these specific uniforms are mass produced and are often sold very cheaply.
what fabric did you use?
I used a jersey knit, though the fabric I used ended up being a bit thinner than I would have liked.
thank chu :3
Can I pay cash at a self service store? I do not have paypal or credit card I am a student
Sorry, I no longer have this costume.
how much cloth do you need circa?
That's hard to answer because it depends on the size being made and the width of the fabric.
Size S/M? And uh (i am sorry i only am new in the selfmade clothing) normal width?
There is a fabric amount guide printed on the back of the pattern. Cut/sew also has a size calculator on their website! cutsew.co/pages/faq
What's the fabric?? Material?
I used a jersey knit fabric, though the one I purchased was a bit thin for my liking.
@@KoumoriNoHimeCosplay and what about the stripes?
The same type of fabric, just a different color.
I’m a child I cannot sow
Me too, but i am learning it :) it doesnt matter if you are a child
Dont worry it looks a lot harder than it is. Just start practicing. Once you learn you'll wonder why you were so worried
