Another crazy video so much variety and chaos!! Great you got that massive tusky with a team effort. Your bottom time is the undoing of the snapper!! They forget you’re still down there thanks for another great video
Great video Tim. Hey, FYI, I've noticed your videos not showing up under my Subscription feeds (still subscribed) since your NY video. Not sure if something is changed with YT? Snapper - sure you have the same scenarios in Oz as we do in NZ with snapper in the open water, but every once in a while if you pretend to be super chill/limp eyes down/away (body language is key), you can drift parallel in to them, and they'll let you get closer. Then spring forward and fire. It sometimes works.... Love the C-Ski!
I really appreciate learning from you Tim. I'm heading out to Erromongo in Vanuatu tomorrow to spear fish for around a thousand pastors and church leaders from the islands of Vanuatu who are assembling for their annual conference. Wish I could have you as a partner on this big adventure! Maybe next year!

Fantastic channel, Tim. So many cool stories, I just binge watched a whole bunch of episodes. Super inspiring! Just a note on the false killer whales. They are a different species from pilot whales. Also there are two species of pilot whales, long-finned and short-finned. If you look them up, they look quite different from false killer whales. So not a synonym but actually different species. Anyway, fantastic work, thank you for sharing all these great stories! 🙏
Super video, thank you. Do you have to be careful with the wahoo? A fisherman once told me they have mouths like razor sharp scissors, he stepped on one by accident in the freezer in his boat and it sliced through his boot into his foot. Makes what you do even more extreme if you’re trying to balance that with a fish flapping around on the end if your spear! 💪🏻👍🏻
Such a high quality video and edit. Awesome you were able to capture the whale sounds! Can’t imagine the time it took to make this. I gotta takes some tips and up the quilts of my videos. You got my Sub!
I have no idea why you don’t have 2 million subscribers. You make such entertaining videos. Your underwater video quality has got so good.
Cheers mate, really appreciate you saying that! We are constantly trying to improve the channel, hopefully in time it will keep growing
