    I feel like cressi is overrated. I have a matrix and it fogs after a few minutes of snorkeling. Also they claim it to be tempered but it does not tempered anywhere on it.

    Have you had the old Technisub look ever before? How does it compare to micromask?

      Best practice is the mask that is right for your mate is not necessarily the right one for you. Best of luck with the mask hunting and pleased you got something out of the clip thanks for your comment have a great day

    Im using Cressi Nano but it gets water to the nose pocket when i put my snorkel on. After that there is no problem it does it only putting in and sometimes putting out. Is it a flaw or normal thing?

      Is it possible that you pull a bit on the mask when you put the snorkel in?

      @@DiversworldAuSpearfishing I don't think so. I think it's caused by movements of my lips. Anyways i exchange my mask with Cressi Calibro and I think it fits my face better.

    What about using a lighter on the inside of the mask to clear the film?

    • @DiversworldAuSpearfishing
      @DiversworldAuSpearfishing  2 роки тому +1

      We wouldn't recommend this as plenty of people have burnt and thus ruined the mask skirts with this method, making the mask unusable.

      @@DiversworldAuSpearfishing well I appreciate you answering but I have to tell you man from my experience I tried all the other stuff I tried toothpaste I tried anti fog made by a famous brand I tried dish soap I tried a toothbrush and none of that stuff seem to remove this film

      @@DiversworldAuSpearfishing the lighter was the last attempt but from my experience it actually worked of course you have to hold it far away from the mask glass as possible but it worked relatively quickly I could tell right away and it sort of made a little puff of smoke and it turned black and when I wiped away the residue the silicone or whatever it was was gone

      @@DiversworldAuSpearfishing it was only after I did the lighter method that I was starting to get good results with the anti fog solution but I totally understand what you're saying if someone is holding the lighter too close or the flame is too big I can see or they're holding it too long I can see how it could melt something because the mask is basically rubber plastic besides the glass. So there is some risk involved but like I said it was sort of a last resort for me I went swimming in the ocean several times before I tried it I just got sick of not being able to see anything and the anti fog was not working properly but hey I appreciate the answer everybody stay safe out there on the big seas
