why are they exchanging places when they can just exchange pieces ?
The clock needs to be on the left hand side of the white player and on the right side of the black. Black having the clock on their dominant side gives a small compensation for going second.
than they would have to change the side of the clock too, and because of that the camera tooso they just switch places :)
