- US National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan has stated that the Biden administration does not consider Israel's actions in Gaza as genocide, despite the high civilian death toll.
Sullivan emphasized the US goal of defeating Hamas, while also acknowledging the dire situation for Palestinians caught in the conflict.
