Greetings i purchase this machine 2 weeks ago and i try to use it for sublimation. The big problem is the volume of ink to high on page and the scratches vertical or horizontal after print.

same as mine, new printer I use art pigment ink, the ink spread and got 2 line when printing. Any solution?
