Bought 2013 for $4,500 at dealership. Great bike for petite person (5'4"/130 lbs. ). 130 miles/tank but I got 101 miles/tank. 3K miles on it so far and having a blast! Beautiful look to it. I installed supports for Suzuki saddlebags and I'm having a time trying to figure out how they secure to the supports underneath so they won't fly off during a ride. Does anyone know how to secure S40 saddlebags to supports?
I bought one just like this as my first bike. Great bike for new riders, lightweight and low seat height. The downsides to this bike are small gas tank, no gas gauge, exhaust sounds wimpy, probably too light for the highway.
Ricardo, actually this is a great choice as a first bike. Call us at 800-743-3367 extension 412. We can answer any questions about the Suzuki, how to get started in motorcycling or any question you have involving bikes.
Probably one of the most underrated bikes ever made.
This bike has been sold to another happy customer!

Is it only the one guy calling it junk? How do the rest of you feel about this motorcycle?
thats not no 650cc!!
They all are even the new ones.
i bought one of these and they are suzuki junk, unless you can afford a shop !!!
I've had one for 4 years now and it never needed any repairs at all.
Don’t know how yours ended up being “junk”. These bikes are bulletproof. Easy to work on. Very little maintenance.
