Beef Stuffed Potato Pancakes

This tasty dish is similar to the Cuban Stuffed potato ball...only flat. A slightly different take on a popular favorite!

Meat filling:
1 tbsp oil
1/4 onion
1 garlic clove
1/2 green bell pepper
1 serrano chili pepper
1 Roma tomato
1 lb ground beef
spices: 1 tsp each: salt, black pepper, oregano
1/2 tsp: cumin
2 tsp ap flour to pack the meat

3 potatoes (I used russet)
1 egg
1 tbsp flour (or more as needed)
milk (I used 4 tbsp) (is needed)
1/4 tsp salt and pepper
Look at your potato mixture make sure that it is firm. There could be some variables because of the size of the potatoes.
1/2 cup flour in a bowl for coating potato pancake before frying
oil for frying
In this video I said to cook them 3 to 5 min or so. Cook them until they are crunchy and firm on the outside.
