Hello! I was watching in regards to the Anthony Dickey method, but I noticed you mentioned protein overload. I've dealt with protein overload and this video helped me a lot. My mom recently dealt with it to and it helped. After one wash, it was gone. Also, the ecostyler gel has protein so you may want to try another gel like wetline that doesn't have protein and limit protein in your hair for a bit until your hair is back to "normal"
Hi there...thanks for watching...I did overcome the protein overload eventually but it took longer cause I was using eco styler gel. I really wanted to keep it protein free but we have limited products in Uganda. I couldn't find wetline extreme gel up to date. Thanks for the video recommendation.....I will watch it after this. Am glad you found help in this video
