Best thing I love from this video is the song that plays from the moment that the laser grid pops up and slides forward to when Project Alice steps into the Tokyo Simulation Environment. Wish they could’ve included that song in the soundtrack album of this movie. That would’ve been awesome to hear like nonstop.
Say what you will about the films, Milla has much better acting talent than she's given credit for. I don't see anything wrong with the RE films, I enjoy watching them. But I am not a fan of the game lol.
That's why you think the films are good. I don't hate Alice but the games are the essence of Resident Evil and the movies spit all over them and the beloved characters of the franchise in favor of Alice, whom is married to the director. She doesn't even exist in the games, which is the source material, and all the main characters such as Jill, Leon, Chris, Claire take a backseat to made-up Alice. The films are ok if you don't take them seriously (though the last one is awful 1/10 unwatchable garbage). I find the 3D animated Resident Evil films to be WAY better than these movies.

All about Alice and her ridiculous superhuman powers while the games characters all take a backseat to her. That's what most people have an issue with. The movies are entertaining if you don't take them seriously, but they are not very good movies when you do.
When a husband and wife ruined entire franchise. I never understood why they dont follow source material. Alice could be just another normal character not some OP main face of RE. She side line so many great actors and characters like Ada Wong and Jill. SMH

In general, especially recently, shows that butcher the source get dragged and shows that don’t are praised. Idk what clown world you live in where fans don’t like film adaptations that stick to the source.

I guess you didn't see the part where Jill mopped the floor with Alice. That's what happens when director's wife, tries fighting an actual Resident Evil character. Jill Valentine, the original heroine of the franchise, versus Paul W.S. Anderson's Dom.
My favorite part of this movie is the scene where Jill Valentine kicks Alice's ass. Resident evil's number one badass babe vs the director's wife. Resident evil bad wins all the way.
