Ian Ethan Case is one of the best musicians to write for acoustic music. He uses the double neck Ovation to create, not to use as a gimmick for views. You literally could not play this song without it. I really hate that he's not getting as much notoriety as some of the other Candyrat guys that choose to mostly put out cover tunes in a crazy percussive style. He will always be one of my favorites and I have a deep respect for him as a world classic musician as well as a human being. The inspiration I draw from his music is priceless and I'll never forget it.
Super cool video idea with the four seasons, it must have been a hell of a recording session in the snow! Worth it though, looks (and sounds) really amazing, as always! /Love from Sweden
His music speaks so much, to your heart and soul. I remember seeing him in concert and he hinted at this video. He said during the winter section he couldn’t feel his fingers! Appreciate this video so much, the effort put forth to bring great music and feelings to us is unmatched.
Ever since I found candy rat records, it opened my eyes in my music world greatly and the forms of music shown. I love your music and your my favorite person on all of candy rat records. Keep up the amazing work Ian. I wish you could come to my school and relight the passion in music that my school lost. I'm going to graduate soon and want the school to keep the passion in music it had in the past
playing guitar in that cold wind for the winter part had to be rough on the digits! sounds great though, and the video is shot really well. awesome work.
Amazing, Ian! I've been looking forward to this video. Beautiful shots and great blend of the music with nature. Super impressed and inspired with your efforts in this video! It was definitely an enhancement to the music. Keep it up, man
Needs 50 million views. Amazing

He's the guitar hero!
👏👏😍😍😍

Nice video clip
How can you dislike a piece like this? Button pushers don't belong on frets anyway😜 great job brutha awesome sesh👍🏼
Any idea where this was filmed? Upstate New York perhaps?
So it really took a whole year for production?!
о да и да и... да!!
Why does he have two capos if they're both covering the entire fretboard?
The higher one is a partial capo covering only string pairs 6, 5, and 1 (leaving strings 4, 3, 2 unaffected). Thanks for listening :)
Oh I get it. I didn't see because its not visible from the top. Thanks for the explanation. Love your music Ian!
No problem, thanks for listening and glad you're enjoying it!
Hmm 4 seasons in 1 day... That seems suspiciously like Colorado weather.
Jacob Arlo Smith or Scotland lol
*WHAT THE HELL DID I JUST WATCH!!!!????*
its awesome indeed!
5 dislikes? dafuq jealous people
That must be a nightmare to tune
Huh, just read the dude's name like a weird "In either case."
He could have played the top fret board or the bottom, but it was good Ian Ethan Case.
beautiful!
