[Nolimits Coaster 2] Desperado - RMC Wooden Coaster (60fps)

  • This coaster was mainly inspired by Wildfire at Kolmarden and Lightning Rod (albeit without the launch) at Dollywood.
I'm mostly happy with how the ride turned out. One problem with it is that I feel I could have probably made some the airtime moments a bit more intense but when I realised the airtime was rather weak, it was too late to change it.
The supports were what took the longest time to make on this coaster, and I really like how they ended up turning out.
You may notice how train style changes for the final tracking shot. This is because of the custom trains the ride usually uses that the camera can't track. I switched the trains to record that section just so that it wouldn't be left out of the video.
Massive thanks to TheCodeMaster for his RMC track and Train set.

Best no limits Rmc concept I have ever seen! The lift hill is amazing how you can see the drop at your ascending👍🏼

I like the layout a lot. Maintains the speed through out.

Sorry about the audio during the pov section. Because of the way the camera position was done, it caused the audio to glitch out a little.

This was awesome. I disagree about the airtime though, I feel if it was any stronger it would be too much to be honest. But thats maybe because I can't see the G's but I feel it was good floater and ejector air time. Great job!

Great! Amazing Layout, super smooth, and the lift sound is awesome! The only thing that I would have changed is the name. There has already been an other NL2 RMC roller coaster with the same name on the internet for quite some time. But keep up the good work!

I'm tired of these unrealistic rmc's like 90% of rmc videos are unrealistic but yours was actually amazing I loved it so much its a good blend of everything and a better paced wildfire

How did you make the steel I beam supports? Is it a script? And can I get them to interact with prebuilt wooden supports?

    • @Projektion2
      @Projektion2  7 років тому

The I-beams are actually the ledgers that are created by the wooden support generator but modified to make them look more authentic.
These are the setting I used for them i.gyazo.com/04b4caf23b848a1ba49d7d0b7701f130.jpg
The one on the other side is basically the same but with the Rotation Angle set to 180

OMG!!!! You are so good at this. This software really intimidates me, but I really want to learn how to use it and make smooth coasters. Do you have any tips for beginners?

Thanks to your LOVEly nose cam (cough) I could tell that the lift chain wasn't going at the same speed as the train
Omt, those supports! Looks like you took forever on them! It almost seems like you took the auto supports and manipulated them to look better, they do look pretty good.
Ay, the sounds on the offride shots were terrible, kept popping in and out @.@ but they looked alright (I know the sound thing is NL2, but it was still terrible).
    Oh ya, before I forget, desperadon't ;p (number)CoasterStudios4Life

The supports look a little flimsy in some parts (though I wouldn't be surprised if that was just me and my failure to easily observe close details on IRL rides) but DAMN if that isn't an awesome layout!

I have a challenge for you. You always make coaster with high speed or big height, but I'm curious, I would like to know what you can do with a gerstlauer coaster with "The Smiler's" statistics !!! I hope you're up to the challenge ;)
