There is nothing more beneficial, physically, mentally and spiritually for mother and infant baby, toddler young child then breastmilk! The body does not break down or absorb any type of nutrition until it is body temperature! Breastmilk is always body temperature. Another reason is so beneficial is the infant newborn just spent nine months or so inside the mother's womb! It is quite cozy warm in there, the baby is surrounded by mothers body temperature plus its own developing body temperature. So by breast-feeding you are allowing the infant baby to still get some of the mothers body temperature by being pressed up closely to the body! This helps the infant, baby, newborn to adjust and adapt very effectively from being inside the mothers womb to being on the outside. Another benefit is the mother has spent most of her life fighting off the common cold, which gives her a advanced immune system, that took quite a few years to accomplish so the infant ,baby can get that advanced immune system in the very first moments of life another, benefit when a woman breast feeds her body than produces an enzyme that helps keep cancer cells dormant specifically breast cancer cells. A fun fact I had learned five or six years ago, when a woman gets pregnant and breast-feeds for one year, her body releases 100,000 pheromone' a woman that does not get pregnant or breast feed would have to live 100 years to release the same amount of pheromone. The list of benefits is complex however if you stick to the fundamentals of life will experience all those benefits, subconsciously, conscious, coherently, physically ,mentally, spiritually and systematically in the most efficient way that is possible. With all the benefits! You would think Trump would support women's right to breast feed ,130 countries just signed an agreement that is going to encourage women to breast-feed. Unfortunately Trump is threatening a country in South America, I believe Peru. To not sign on or something to that effect.
Nice!.....yes, there are about 4 million of us Indians in South Africa...!!!!....and the first group of Indians arrived in 1860. Our ancestors were brought to South Africa by the British who controlled South Africa at the time , the Indians were brought to work in the sugar cane fields as indentured laborers...the British sugar barons made massive profits in the sugar production business, which fuelled the economy....no credit was given to the Indians for all their hard labor......but as the descendants of these indentured laborers we have continued the legacy of hard work, while still being dedicated, committed and diligent. I am proud to be the great grand daughter of some of these hard working, sugar cane field/indentured laborers.
India is an extremely diverse country. It's like the microcosm of the world. The Indian population is a result of various ethnic groups viz, the original out-of-Africa immigrants, Iranian farmers (who formed the Indus valley civilization), and steppe immigrants (the original Aryans who came with Rig Veda and whose culture forms the basis of high culture /philosophical Hinduism) .Over 5000 years intermixing happened to various degrees, the Aryans to stop the intermixing further came up with the "caste" system and STRICT endogamous marriages (if you read ancient Sanskrit scriptures like Manu Smirti it's like Jim Crow on steroids. the rules are laid down re: how lower castes are not supposed to look at upper castes) which continues in India to this day. The higher the caste you are , the higher the steppe gene component in you. Padma is from the highest caste --Brahmin. The brahmins have the highest steppe/Aryan component in Indian subcontinent. I'll give you another example, Mindy Kaling, she is a lower caste or Tamil ethnic group. That's why she looks the way she does. One wouldn't believe Padma and Mindy are from the same country.

That's because the Indians in South africa are in their 3rd , 4th gen. They are completely assimilated into SA. They have more SA DNA than indian. Where as in US it's more of first and second Gens.
@@rickalbhagwadeen1120 No , I mean cultural DNA, not the scientific one. First generation Indians , will have a mixed culture, they have their grandparents in India and visit then occasionally. Yes, South Africa has a huge population of Indians. Just don’t make the mistake of asking them where they’re from.
@@didasenga9397 ya i know.. huge... But ..highest ??.. 🤔
@@naivesundari yep..
Don’t think that’s true though it’s like 1.2% of South Africa’s pop.
She can be advocate for all crisis women face n she will be top at it..she has all the intellect to be one..very rightly said..if women didn't speak then cuz they wanted to burry it in the grave n live a life without it ..n they report now thinking it might help some to be warned so that they won't go that traumatic experience they been thru..she nailed it
Padma Lakshmi
I was just watching Padma Lakshmi on Ellen Show when this notif popped up.
0:15 google says it is USA with highest number of Indians outside of India!
That's because the Indians in South africa are in their 3rd , 4th gen. They are completely assimilated into SA. They have more SA DNA than indian. Where as in US it's more of first and second Gens.
@@rahulbuddala Yup. Indians arrived in South Africa in the 1860s, whereas with the US they arrived in the mid to late 1900s
@@rahulbuddala what do u mean by more south african DNA? Do u mean african ancestry
@@rickalbhagwadeen1120 No , I mean cultural DNA, not the scientific one. First generation Indians , will have a mixed culture, they have their grandparents in India and visit then occasionally. But 3rd or 4th generation they don't have any ties. And they are more culturally adhered to the host country than the native country.
Thank you Trevor for giving us ghandhi.
So good.
I could just hear her voice all day saying just gibberish for all I care ...
Lovely Padma Laxmi.
