NMR ki first video (introduction) me aapne bataya tha ki -1/2 spin splitting k time upper show krte hai .bcoz wo magentic field ki direction se opposite direction me hoti hai to jayda repulsion experience krti hai meand more energy or +1/2 splitting me neeche show krte hai bcoz uski
doubt main ye hai ki abhi anisotropic concept me aapne bataya ki kaise pi- electrons ki wajah se ek hi molecule me shielding or dieshielding hoti hai. but yaha aapne bataya ki inner side shielding hoti hai bcoz waha
