I wish you luck on that set up. I just put my tower up with a similar set up, I had to replace the badlands 2500# winch with the 5000# version and I used a metal pole 6"x6" x 11'. I mount the guy wires for the mast right into the concrete base.
I fear for your safety. I'll ignore the use of lumber that won't last for the loads it will see but the fact you're using deck screws to hold it together is frightening. Decking screws can and will fail catastrophically! They will break like icicles under stress. They are just that, deck screws. At least use structural fasteners and/or through bolt everything.
