Nicely put brother. Great opportunity. Never before Guyana had a government that's so investment friendly.

Guyana has the best rice that is not genetically modified. In Canadian grocery stores (supermarkets), this rice sells out very quickly supply can't keep up with demand. Why can't the govt give rice farmers more land and tools and money to expand that sector which would support local farmers and increase exports? Too much free money in the economy leads to inflation which is not good for business. However, infrastructure spending and development will put many people to work and impact all classes of people with careful investments into infrastructure and export agri businesses.

Available land is the least of Guyana's problem when it come to rice production.
I believe these rank ahead of land: How about seed paddy, fertilizer, pumps, tractors, harvesters, proper drainage, equipment, and payment for paddy.

How can the good Pppc disrespect it's Guyanese citizens. One off cash grant with no structure in place, only about stealing the country wealth. Dead we must live we may.No one take anything with them in burial.

@@omaveira1979 That may be true, but Guyana is right up there. Have you seen the grill work on peoples' homes? Have you seen the security guards at private homes and all businesses.

How can the government be a problem when the greatest developed in every way possible is happening under this government? Every community in Guyana is witnessing this developments. And it is happening for the whole world to see. So, no amount of falsehoods or comments or narratives can change this truth because the facts are there. Don’t forget, that you are not the only Guyanese, that speaks about and tells the world the truth of what is really happening in Guyana. I, also, can speak about happening in Guyana and unlike you who, in my opinion, is a dishonest person I can honestly say what is going on.
