Thank you Zack for sharing with us the resistance of courageous people. I hope Liuba will not have a harsh sentence. Money is a thing we can help with, liberty sadly no.

Zach, thank you for another great video. I am happy you are in a safe place and can continue the good fight for Russia. It is good to see the activity going on inside Russia from such good people like Liuba. While we all hope for a regime change, not just a change of face and still the same administration, it all has to come from inside, from the Russian people themselves. Otherwise, it would be a disaster between all countries. I believe we need to fix Russia...then Russia becomes a part of the EU, making it stronger. From there, we can encourage the rest of the world to fix itself...maybe a eutopic dream, but possible if all participate. My father loved Russia and I hope to come visit from the USA, one day. I don't think right now is a good time. ;)
With all the worst possible things being done by some people it's so good to know you, Liuba and many others stand up for justice and fight against those that choose hate. Keep standing strong, spreading love and fighting for justice!

Hi Zack, Luiba and her friends are very brave protesting in Russia. I hope too Putin won't be President of Russia for very much longer. When I was younger I used to read a lot of cold war espionage novels and in those the Soviets used to always threaten Russians outside the country with arresting their families and putting them in gulags in order to control them. Interesting and terrifying that you were talking about that sort of thing again.
I want to compliment your host for speaking English to the rest of the speaking English world. The effort is appreciated. I am always amazing how other non-speaking English countries learn it so fast. If only Americans would do the same, it would be great if they spoke other than English. As someone incapable of learning a second language, I can tell you, it is not always from lack of trying. Also, I would have to drive for a couple days to reach a Spanish speaking country, so not being able to speak it has never been a problem. I'm not against learning another language, in fact, I've failed multiple attempts.
Sometimes the people that do the most good in this world are the most oppressed. Staying to fight is admirable but when it gets too dangerous it is time to run. I can only afford 3 coffees right now but I will try to take up a collection here in southern Michigan.
Please tell your friend to be careful how she speaks about the war. As you know it's very dangerous to call it a war. Especially since she is already under investigation. This is so heartbreaking to hear that she and others are being harassed by police and fsb. You and your beautiful country deserve to be happy and free.

When the police are literally degenerates, this is what happens. Most of them are the kids that were an outcast at school, or one of the bullies. Few honest people that actually want to help are hired into the police. Makes them harder to bribe, you know. I had such high hopes for Russia 10 years ago. Jessica, I was writing a comment and then, reviewed others as I felt mine would read as harsh. Your comment is spot on, I feel for those behind the Red Curtain, whatever they do, they need to do it in silence, like the French underground during WWII. These youtube posts should be about hope and dreams, we in the west get it, a loud voice gets put down with the Russian boot. Time will turn this all around. Your comment is good advice.
I think those brave young people are well aware of the consequences you mentioned. But if no one had spoken out, would your home country, former Czechoslovakia be able to become free? Did Václav Havel also sound naive to you?
I hate how it is always the young people who bear the brunt of failed leadership. They are the first to run into the streets, and easily run down. Protest can be a force for Democracy, it is a visible, living “vote”. So in that way it is a meter of discontent. However, it saddens me that it is always majority young people hurt or worse in these situations. Please be safe.

Somebody spoke out for you!
