  • After discussing Body Mechanics animation with a couple of friends recently, I wanted to share some ideas on what I think really helps to make Body Mechanics a lot less daunting. The simple concepts of 'C' and 'Reverse C' shapes in the spine and Head Screen Space and how they work together.
    I'd love to hear what you think and if you have any ideas/want to elaborate on anything I've touched on here, then please do leave a comment.
    Further, if you have any other ideas for things you think could be interesting to cover, I'd love suggestions.
    Special thanks to all those who helped by sending me their work to review, you can find the full reviews on my channel if you want to check them out!

    Amazing vieo thank you brother c shape amazing and can you clarify the headspace the main point is to counter balance the rapid movement of the head with the hips in the opposite direction

    This is video number 5 I've watched in an effort to find - how NOT to have gaps in your character while moving it. 5th fail.

      @user-pp6db2ee1g 29 днів тому

      If you're talking about character animation, then watch videos about breakdowns and interpolation.
      I mean you should add additional poses that define how character moves from pose to pose.
      Also your interpolation is probably set to step(constant), If you're in 3d software.
      If you're talking about the model, mesh itself you probably should merge some vertices.
