18:11. Braaap. Nice tweener. Funny how we all love the sounds! It has to be in the blood. I love just as much now as I did as a young kid and I’ve been trucking since 1989.
Any day trucking is better than any day in an office. And you always have to let the jakes sing in a tunnel or blow the air horns when kids pump their fists.
Same with hauling to farms. Most farmers send us a geo pin through google maps for us to know where to dump. I use a truck gps along with the satellite version of google maps and a little common sense to get to where I need to be lol
A truck GPS will take you so far out of the way sometimes. We use Google maps and common sense to make our way thru places faster. Plus, the street view helps big time
Some of the job sites out here really irritate me. It's like whoever planned out entrances and exits never thought for one second there might be tractor trailers coming in and out. Especially lowboys!

Absolutely! Gotta have fun!
That's crazy that you use Google maps instead of a truck gps. Never had any problems?
He does construction, not all jobsites are on truck routes. I haul trusses and residential areas are usually no where near truck routes.

I know I need to get myself a truck gps but I make do. Sometimes it helps with the phone for me to get creative

They don't care about how hard or easy it is to get building supplies in, only that it looks pretty when they are done.
